On-siteManagement$17.21–$20.25/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. Job Title: Cleaner- Mid Shift (but we don't repeat title). Provide summary shift hours and days maybe as part of About the role? The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions). So we need to strip out the EEO statement, ADA line, etc. Also remove "Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees..."? That's benefits info, we can keep as Benefits section. Also "In addition to a comprehensive benefits package..." includes pay info. We'll need to create Pay section if actual pay range given: "$17.21 - $20.25". Also schedule: shift hours 12PM-8PM, Mon-Fri. So we can have Schedule section. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential job duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience), Qualifications (maybe competencies), Skills (maybe knowledge), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Let's parse: Job Description Summary: Shift Hours: 12PM - 8PM Shift Days: Mon - Fri General Cleaner Position: performs general office cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and recycling, dust mop and damp mop floors. Also cleans and stocks restrooms. Other cleaning duties as assigned. Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Daily interior cleaning of the building including emptying waste receptacles, debris and trash removal, vacuuming/shampooing floors and carpets, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning and restocking restrooms, washing walls, polishing, mopping floors, placing down mats/runners in inclement weather, cleaning up spills, cleaning windows and window coverings, etc., in accordance with established procedures and as directed by a SupervisorMay be required to perform exterior building and premises cleaning and basic maintenance, including exterior walls and windows, parking lots and structures, walkways and paths, gardens and lawns, outdoor furnishings, pools/ fountains/ spas, curbs/gutters, exterior hallways, and stairwells, etc.Expected to promptly notify management of spills and emergency situations, need for major and minor building/facility repairs, lights that are out or broken, broken equipment and fixtures, damaged structures, ruptured pipes/plumbing, problems with heating/cooling and ventilation and any other observable safety issues/concernsExpected to properly and safely use and operate related equipment, tools, devices, and chemical/cleaning agents, including mops, vacuums, electric polishing machines, power tools and equipment, and special cleaning solutions in order to efficiently perform the duties and to avoid harming floors, fixtures, individuals, and themselves Competencies Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job dutiesMust be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency.Reliable, thorough, observant, organized, flexible and courteousEffective listener and team playerUnderstand written or verbal instructions from the designated supervisorSome cleaning experience and basic mechanical knowledge is preferredPractice the necessary safety protocols and proceduresFollows through and carries out work orders IMPORTANT EDUCATION High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school Important Experience Some related experience WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, PHYSICAL DEMANDS ... (lots of detail). We need to preserve substantive info; but we might need to include physical demands under Requirements or maybe as part of Responsibilities? The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real, specific content. Physical demands is specific content; we could include under Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not among allowed headings; we have only those headings. Could fold into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably Requirements includes education, experience, physical demands. We'll include physical demands under Requirements. Other Duties: generic statement about other duties may change; we can drop as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but it's generic; but it's substantive? It says "Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice." This is typical boilerplate; maybe we can drop as it's not specific. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, but not necessarily this. However it's generic; but we could keep under Responsibilities as a note. Safer to keep? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." This is substantive but generic. I'd keep it as part of Responsibilities maybe. Benefits: "Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work." Also "In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements." That's more about pay; we have Pay section. Pay: "The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $17.21 - $20.25" Schedule: shift hours and days. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes into each section. About the role: Could include shift summary and general description: "General Cleaner Position: performs general office cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and recycling, dust mop and damp mop floors. Also cleans and stocks restrooms. Other cleaning duties as assigned." Also shift hours and days. Responsibilities: Essential job duties list (the long list). Could break into bullet points. Requirements: Education, experience, physical demands, maybe willingness to work evenings/weekends, etc. Qualifications: Maybe competencies? But we have Competencies section; could be Qualifications. Skills: Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine some. Let's design: - About the role: shift summary and general description (paragraph). - Responsibilities: list of essential duties (ul). - Requirements: Education, Experience, Physical Demands, Willingness to work evenings/weekends (maybe as list). - Qualifications: Competencies (reliable, thorough, etc.) maybe as list. - Skills: Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment (maybe as list). - Benefits: list of benefit programs. - Pay: paragraph with pay range. - Schedule: paragraph with shift hours and days. Check if any section would be empty/filler: we have content for each. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO statement, ADA line, "INCO: “C&W Services”", maybe also "Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees..." we keep as Benefits. Also "In addition to a comprehensive benefits package..." we might incorporate into Benefits or Pay; but we already have Pay separate. We need to avoid duplication: The Benefits paragraph mentions health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, disability insurance programs, paid and unpaid time away from work. That's good. Now we need to ensure we don't include the line about "competitive pay" in Benefits; we can keep it in Pay section. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft:
