The Clark-Wilkins School is seeking a paraprofessional to provide full-time support services to students.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional support to students
- Manage student behaviors
- Collect accurate data
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Accept feedback and make changes to approach
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; College degree and/or paraprofessional certification preferred
- Belief that all individuals can learn and deserve every opportunity to be involved in their community school
- Able to work with students one-on-one and in groups
- Able to collaborate with colleagues, listen to feedback, and make changes to approach
- Excellent communication skills, well-organized, reliable, independent, and willing to collaborate
