About the role
The position works in the claims department of a public entity risk pool and provides claims handling, management, oversight, direction, support, and administration. Work is performed following established procedures, policies, and general directions.

Requirements
- Must reside in Washington State
- Must be able to work primarily from a home office
- Must attend up to 15 days of in‑person training in Olympia, WA during the first six months of employment (scheduled in three‑day blocks, with the first block aligned with the start date; hotel arrangements available upon request)
