Job Title: Claims Specialist 2 Contract Duration: 1-year, possible extension Location: Plano, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay: $22-$23 Responsibilities Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalationsHandle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR teamReview requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the systemAssisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closingCompile and manage large amount of data from the systemPrepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc. Background/Experience Required Bachelor’s degree requiredGood communication skillsAdvanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
