Position Summary This position will be responsible for setting up new claims, issuing payments, provide support to adjusters and nurses. The right candidate will also provide customer service for client, providers and claimants. Certain duties may vary depending on the clients and states handled. Essential Functions Set up new claims in system Image documents Provide Customer service to clients, providers & claimants Mail out documents Issue payments Assist with projects as needed Requirements Skills & Abilities Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills of 8,000 keystrokes with a 5% or below error rate Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment under general management direction to complete all assignments Good communication and telephone skills Ability to prioritize multiple task Prompt and regular attendance to pre-approved office schedule Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
