Claims Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Source long-term temporary housing options, develop rental values, and prepare housing budget proposals for adjuster approval.
• Review lease details for accuracy, gather required landlord documentation, and manage signature routing for policyholders and landlords.
• Cook up move-in processes, including condition forms, key handoff, furniture orders, and communication with all parties.
• Submit funding requests to Accounting, ensure timely processing, and upload all housing documents into the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent follow-up skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with claim adjusters, policyholders, landlords, real estate agents, or experience in a customer-service-driven role.
• Ability to maintain and update accurate CRM records.
