Claims Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims in accordance with contract terms and company guidelines.
- Audit Parts and labor submissions to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with repair standards.
- Accurately document claim files with clear defensible notes.
- Prioritize and manage claim workloads to ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Communicate claim determinations professionally to dealers, servicers, and customers.
- Cookservicer setup documentation including W9 collection and validation.
- Apply technical knowledge of multi-line powersports units to evaluate repair scope and validity.
- Identify discrepancies in repair orders, parts usage, and labor times.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure consistent policy application.
- Provide input to improve existing procedures and systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of multi-line powersports service advisor or warranty administrator experience (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in parts and labor auditing.
- Knowledge of powersports repair diagnostics and maintenance procedures.
- Strong documentation skills and experience working with claims or contract management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage claim workflows with minimal supervision.
- Organizational skills and accountability in tracking claim lifecycle management.
- Flexibility to occasionally attend business-related meetings and other events outside usual business hours.
Qualifications
