Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Communicate with all parties involved in the restoration process
- Sell the job and help manage the project from initial assignment through completion
- Take ownership of assigned jobs
Qualifications
- Xactimate experience
- Project management experience
- A strong understanding of construction, repair scopes, and the restoration process
This hybrid role combines estimating, project management, customer communication, and job oversight from initial assignment through completion. Work may include insurance claim repairs, residential reconstruction, condominium and multifamily projects, commercial losses, and other property restoration work.
