Claims Counsel, EPL & D&O

About the role

We are partnered with a growing and reputable specialty carrier here in the US that are looking to add X3 new positions to their financial lines division.

Positions available

• X2 Claims Counsel level positions – handle a caseload of EPL and private D&O Claims
• X1 Senior Claims Counsel position – focus on complex EPL, public D&O and Private D&O Claims

Requirements

• JD required for either position
• 3+ years of experience within EPL or D&O (for Claims Counsel level)
• 5+ years of experience across EPL and D&O (for Senior Claims Counsel role)
• Strong coverage and litigation experience required

Schedule

• Hybrid basis from CT, NJ, NY, Chicago or ATL
• 3 days in office, 2 days remote
