Claims Counsel, EPL & D&O

About the Role

We are adding three new positions to the financial lines division of a growing and reputable specialty carrier in the US:

• Two Claims Counsel positions handling a caseload of EPL and private D&O claims.
• One Senior Claims Counsel position focusing on complex EPL, public D&O, and private D&O claims.

Requirements

• For Claims Counsel: 3+ years of experience within EPL or D&O.
• For Senior Claims Counsel: 5+ years of experience across EPL and D&O.
• Strong coverage and litigation experience.
• JD required for all positions.

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Locations: CT, NJ, NY, Chicago, or ATL.

Pay

Compensation is flexible and consists of base salary, bonus, and benefits.
