Claims Counsel, EPL & D&O

We are partnered with a growing and reputable specialty carrier in the US to add three new positions to their financial lines division:

• Two Claims Counsel roles handling a caseload of EPL and private D&O claims
• One Senior Claims Counsel role focusing on complex EPL, public D&O, and private D&O claims

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EPL or D&O (5+ years for the senior role, across EPL and D&O)
• Strong coverage and litigation experience
• JD required

Schedule

Hybrid basis: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Locations: CT, NJ, NY, Chicago, or ATL.

Pay

Flexible compensation package including base salary, bonus, and benefits.
