Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging customer presentations that support the service mission
- Negotiate and coordinate account services between various stakeholders
- Resolve service issues quickly by liaising with internal service providers
- Train local agents and partners on new claim products and services
- Analyze performance results to support loss cost containment initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Property and Casualty insurance (Claims, Underwriting, Sales) preferred
- 5+ years in multiline claims, including Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, or General Liability
- Proven ability to present effectively to senior leaders and diverse audiences
- Advanced analytical skills in claim data and ability to influence stakeholders
- Prior leadership experience and strong conflict management skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities, including active listening and empathy
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
