Claims Client Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer presentations that support the service mission
• Negotiate and coordinate account services between various stakeholders
• Resolve service issues quickly by liaising with internal service providers
• Train local agents and partners on new claim products and services
• Analyze performance results to support loss cost containment initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Property and Casualty insurance (Claims, Underwriting, Sales) preferred
• 5+ years in multiline claims, including Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, or General Liability
• Proven ability to present effectively to senior leaders and diverse audiences
• Advanced analytical skills in claim data and ability to influence stakeholders
• Prior leadership experience and strong conflict management skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities, including active listening and empathy
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
