Responsibilities
- Support growth and retention of accounts through effective service offerings
- Deliver engaging customer presentations demonstrating professionalism and confidence
- Negotiate and coordinate services between claims, underwriting, and agents/brokers
- Resolve service issues promptly by collaborating with internal service providers
- Provide training to local agents and partners on new claims products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in Property and Casualty Claims, Underwriting, Sales, or related role
- 5 years of functional claim experience in Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, or General Liability
- Exceptional presentation skills for senior leaders and diverse audiences
- Advanced capabilities in analyzing claim data and influencing stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience with ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Top-notch customer service skills, including active listening and service recovery
- Valid driver's license required; may involve some travel (up to 25%)
