Claims Client Service Executive Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer presentations that align with the overall service mission of the Client Service Team
• Sell, negotiate, and coordinate account services across various internal and external partners
• Act as a liaison between underwriting and service partners for new business opportunities
• Provide training to agents and business partners on new claim products and services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
• Sales and leadership experience required
• Geographic location within the assigned region for face-to-face interactions
• 5+ years in multiline claims, including Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, or General Liability
• Proficient in delivering presentations to senior leadership and diverse audiences
• Analytical skills for reviewing claim data and implementing cost containment initiatives
• Strong leadership capability with conflict management skills and ability to influence without direct authority
