Claims Advocate

For our client, we are seeking a Claims Advocate to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support the claims management process from intake through resolution across multiple coverage lines, with a focus on identifying coverage issues and helping coordinate effective outcomes for clients. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and counsel to manage communications, secure approvals, and keep claims moving efficiently while maintaining accurate records and invoice support. This position requires strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Handle claims from inception to resolution for various lines of coverage Report new claims and identify potential coverage issues Obtain insurer consent for counsel retention and settlements Analyze coverage letters from insurers Facilitate client meetings and communicate insurer updates Maintain invoice trackers and reconcile invoices Develop strong relationships with clients and insurer representatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification is beneficial 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred Strong multitasking and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Professionalism and confidentiality Benefits Opportunity for professional growth and development Collaborative work environment with industry experts Exposure to a range of coverage areas in claims management Opportunity to engage directly with clients and insurers Involvement in complex claims processes across varied industries Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
