CL Account Executive (Sales)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding a book of business, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will inherit an existing book of business and will be responsible for growing these accounts.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $80,000+
• Commission Structure: 40/40 split on new and renewal business
• Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Quote and secure new business opportunities, as well as handle renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a book of business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
• Proficiency in insurance software and tools is a plus.
