Responsibilities

- Minimum 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience, including first-chair courtroom litigation - Strategize defense litigation, develop litigation plans, manage budgets, assess legal exposures, and demonstrate proficiency in South Carolina and federal procedural law - Motivated with strong academic credentials, analytical skills, research abilities, writing, and oral advocacy skills - Possess customer focus and client relationship skills - Exhibit case analysis capability and a track record of successful negotiation
