About the role
A Civil Trial Attorney - Medical Malpractice/Nursing Home Negligence position is available in our Charleston office. Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience in this field.
Responsibilities
- Defend doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals in civil trial cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home negligence
- Advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes
- Prepare and present evidence in court
- Develop and deliver effective oral arguments
- Collaborate with colleagues to build strong teams
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience practicing in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in South Carolina
- Passionate about defending healthcare professionals
