About the role

A Civil Trial Attorney - Medical Malpractice/Nursing Home Negligence position is available in our Charleston office. Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities

• Defend doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals in civil trial cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home negligence
• Advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes
• Prepare and present evidence in court
• Develop and deliver effective oral arguments
• Collaborate with colleagues to build strong teams

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience practicing in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Admitted to practice law in South Carolina
