About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings in our Atlanta office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years’ experience. We welcome all experience levels to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and cases
• Write and speak persuasively
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Handle multiple tasks independently
• Participate in trial proceedings
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Georgia
• At least three years of civil litigation experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent litigation, writing, and speaking skills
• Self-starter with minimal supervision needed

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in areas such as Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Construction, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in trial proceedings
