Civil Litigation Attorneys
About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking civil litigation attorneys with at least three years' experience for immediate openings in their Boise office. The firm also has openings for defense litigators with various practice area experience, including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys in practice areas such as Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability.
- Work alongside partners with extensive litigation experience in trials and arbitrations nationwide.
- Be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research.
- Be a self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
- Preferred but not required: Trial experience.
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Idaho.
- Licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, and Hawaii a plus.
