Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in their Missoula office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years’ experience. They welcome applications from all experience levels.

About the Role

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Drive team efforts in litigation matters
• Write and present legal arguments effectively
• Handle assignments independently with minimal supervision
• Participate in trial proceedings
• Manage research and legal analysis
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the State of Montana
• At least three years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
• Trial experience preferred but not required
