About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is seeking talented Litigation Attorneys to join our dynamic team in our New York office. We are particularly interested in attorneys with at least three or more years of experience in areas such as Commercial, Cyber Security, Employment, General Liability, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, or similar fields.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Prepare and present compelling arguments in court
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Licensed in New York
- Admission in New Jersey is preferred
- Excellent litigation, writing, and speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for litigation and client service

Pay
The firm offers a competitive compensation structure, with actual salaries tailored to individual qualifications, experience, and performance. Current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Schedule
Our firm supports a flexible schedule, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities. Actual schedules may vary based on individual needs and firm requirements.
