About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings in our Oklahoma City office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years’ experience. Our practice groups have several openings for defense litigators with a variety of practice area experience, including specializations in: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Construction, Environmental, Product Liability, and General Liability.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Develop and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written briefs
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Handle assignments independently with minimal supervision
• Participate in trial proceedings, depositions, and hearings

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Oklahoma
• At least three years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong academic background and proven research skills
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research
• Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Oklahoma
