Civil Litigation Attorneys

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in their Las Vegas office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years' experience. They welcome applications from all experience levels.

About the Role

Candidates will collaborate with experienced attorneys in practice areas including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, and have proven skills in research. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, with licenses in additional states a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys in practice areas including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability.
• Work alongside GRSM partners with extensive litigation experience in trials and arbitrations nationwide.
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Nevada.
• Licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, and Alaska a plus.
• At least three years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Possess strong academic background and proven skills in research.
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
