Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Civil Litigation Attorneys in its Orange County office. The firm welcomes all experience levels to apply and offers flexible options including fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in both State and Federal courts across the country.
• Lead complex ESI discovery processes, ensuring defensible and efficient data management.
• Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories.
• Leverage AI-based legal tools to streamline document review, research, and drafting.

Requirements

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Possess strong academic background.
• Proven skills in research.
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada.

Qualifications

• Trial experience preferred, but not required.

Skills

• Strong litigation skills.
• Excellent research abilities.
• Proficiency in AI-based legal tools.

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
