Responsibilities

- Handle complex litigation cases - Conduct thorough research and analysis - Write persuasive legal documents - Prepare and present arguments in court - Participate in depositions and trials - Collaborate effectively within a team

Requirements

- At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience - Strong academic background - Excellent communication and writing skills - Self-motivated and capable of working independently - Admitted to practice in Tennessee

Qualifications

- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee - Proven ability in research and analytical skills
