Civil Litigation Attorneys
About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks experienced civil litigation attorneys for immediate openings in their Omaha office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and can apply at any level. Ideal candidates are driven team players with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a solid academic background, and proven research abilities. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Participate in trial proceedings, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions
- Advocate for clients in legal matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in Nebraska
- At least 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
