About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Dallas office has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys with a minimum of at least three years’ experience. We welcome all experience levels to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Handle complex litigation cases, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Write clear and persuasive legal documents
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas
• Minimum of three years’ experience in civil litigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven research and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Qualifications

• Driven and motivated team player
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Passion for civil litigation and environmental/toxic tort law

Skills

• Strong legal research and analysis skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with legal technology tools
