Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise field crews on assigned projects.
- Cookordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
- Monitor project quality, schedule and productivity.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed.
- Utilize GPS machine control and grade control systems.
- Communicate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and subcontrators.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Complete daily reports and employee timecards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years heavy civil construction experience.
- Previous experience leading excavation crews.
- Proficient in reading construction plans and grades.
- Experience with GPS machine control systems.
- Strong Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
