Civil Foreman

About the role

Diamond is looking for a construction foreman to coordinate and supervise their team of crew members. The foreman will train new workers and work closely with Superintendents and owners to coordinate construction work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain construction schedules
• Manage and train staff
• Ensure construction equipment is properly maintained
• Keep projects on schedule and within allotted budgets

Requirements

• Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proven project management skills
