Responsibilities

• Design and engineering for water, wastewater, and water resources projects
• Permitting and regulatory compliance
• Project management and funding assistance
• Business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for water and wastewater infrastructure design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with DNR design standards
• Ability to guide and train team members
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across design teams and stakeholders
