Civil Engineer
About the role
Arcadis is growing and we're excited to have you join our Land/Site Development Team across the USA. This is a key location-based position for a talented Civil Engineer who can prepare site development plans, conduct site investigations, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Cookordination with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
- Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required)
- EIT or PE certification preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
- Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Commitment to health and safety

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
