Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare construction documents, permit packages, and support construction services.
- Prepare design calculations and technical reports.
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD and Civil 3D) to create construction drawings, layouts, and models for land development projects.
- Develop solutions for site layouts, stormwater management, grading, utilities, and erosion/sediment control.
- Review project RFI’s and submittals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
Pay
Compensation Range: $75,656.68 - $86,464.77
