Civil/Roadway Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the design and review of roadway, highway, and site development projects
• Support roadway geometrics, modeling, and cross-section development
• Contribute to grading, drainage, and stormwater management design
• Aid with erosion and sediment control plans
• Support traffic control plans, traffic studies, and signalization layouts
• Prepare signing, pavement marking, and utility coordination plans
• Aid in the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), and schematic design documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 0–4 years of relevant roadway or civil engineering experience preferred
• Successful completion of the FE exam / Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification
• Experience or exposure to MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, InRoads/GEOPAK, Microsoft Office; AutoCAD a plus
• Active participation in professional societies encouraged

Compensation and Benefits

STV offers a competitive compensation range of $75,656.68 - $86,464.77 for this position. The final salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and certifications.
