Job Duties
- Lead the design or water infrastructure systems, site, and roadway improvements.
- Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
- Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with municipalities, utilities, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Support permitting, funding applications, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
- Cookordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in water and public infrastructure design and project delivery.
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with utility modeling software.
- Strong understanding of public infrastructure standards and coordination requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
