Responsibilities

• Focus on large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Develop and complete reports, studies, detailed designs, and specifications
• Collaborate on cost estimates and prepare contract documents
• Schedule, budget, and administer contracts for infrastructure projects
• Communicate client interests and drivers to project team members
• Support business development through technical approaches and proposal preparation
• Apply knowledge of civil engineering concepts and regularly used water and wastewater design practices
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers on complex projects
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project team members
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform independent evaluations
• Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater design processes
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Effective communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Active engineering registration or licensure in relevant jurisdictions

• Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and practices
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

Pay

Salary range: $137,916.00 - $230,328.00

Schedule

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.
