Civil Engineer - Water

About the role

Join our team of dedicated civil engineers focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering projects, from conceptual stages through to construction and startup phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project designs, reports, and technical memos
• Collaborate on cost estimates and prepare contract documents
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Interface with clients and sub-consultants
• Support business development efforts
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers
• Communicate client interests and drivers to project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or actively pursuing registration
• Experience in water and wastewater design
• Ability to lead complex projects

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of civil engineering concepts, practices, codes, and procedures
• Knowledgeable in water and wastewater design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities

Skills

• Proficient in civil engineering software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$82,770.00 - $138,230.00

Schedule

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.
