Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting engineering teams with pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans and utility plans.
- Assisting engineering teams with the supporting calculations and preparation of stormwater management plans and reports.
- Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university and some applicable work experience
- EIT certification is highly preferred
- Experience in design of site-related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, mixed-use or redevelopment projects is preferred.
- Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.
- Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
- Applicable U.S. based work experience.
