Responsibilities

• Collaborate in delivering civil and site engineering project related design and construction plan production
• Lead and participate in the preparation of permitting and construction documentation for projects
• Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects
• Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage project risk
• Participate in strategic business planning, development of client relationship programs, and assessment of new business opportunities
• Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of employment, or eligibility for reciprocal licensure
• 4 – 10 years of related civil design experience in delivery of municipal transportation, water/wastewater, and stormwater projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering design software AutoCAD or Civil 3D
