- At least seven years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in the design and management of municipal projects (with land development experience a plus)
- PA Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Experience in building and maintaining client relations and involvement in business development
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D (preferred)
- Ability to attend evening meetings
- Valid driver’s license – for travel to client sites/meetings
- Ability to obtain PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances
