Civil Engineer - Municipal Infrastructure

About the role

As a Civil Engineer, you'll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements
• Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships
• Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers
• Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement
• Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong understanding of AutoDesk design tools and public works standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
