What You'll Do
- Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements
- Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships
- Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Cookordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers
- Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement
- Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong understanding of AutoDesk design tools and public works standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
