Core Responsibilities Coordinate daily with project managers, clients, multidisciplinary design squads, and regional utility or regulatory representativesLead the technical design, layout, and engineering execution for airfield and site projects from initial concept through local permitting and construction administrationAuthor engineering evaluations, technical assessments, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and layout reportsDraft complete construction drawings, detailed technical specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents using advanced civil design softwareAssemble, review, and manage comprehensive submittal packages covering grading, drainage, stormwater compliance, environmental protection, and zoning requirements Qualifications BS Civil Engineering w/ 3+ years relevant experience, PE License or willing to obtain
