Civil Engineer

About the role

RQC is a privately held, full-service design-build firm specializing in fast-track commercial construction for the Department of Defense. We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple unique projects, ensuring they meet U.S. military design standards.
• Draft and develop site plans.
• Prepare grading and drainage designs.
• Collaborate with a team of other Engineers and Designers.

Requirements

• A BS degree in Civil Engineering is the minimum formal education required.
• A licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years qualifying experience as a civil designer.
• Previous experience in the design-build construction industry is preferred.
• Department of Defense (DoD) experience is preferred.
• Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Work and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Pay

$110,000 - $135,000 per year DOE
