Civil Engineer

ADIET Consult is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate development company seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team in Abijo GRA, Lagos. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors and subcontractors
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers
• Provide technical advice and resolve design and development issues
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Must be COREN certified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural design, project management, and site supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
