Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors and subcontractors Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers Provide technical advice and resolve design and development issues Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Must be COREN certified Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate or construction projects Strong knowledge of structural design, project management, and site supervision Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
