• 13 to 19 Years
• Rupees 22 - 32 Lakhs per Year

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven work experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing and managing construction projects.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs involved in a project.
• Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
• Overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure high standards of construction and safety are maintained.
• Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site progress.
• Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
• Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the frameworks of infrastructure systems.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
