Civil Engineer (4-9 years experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Develop civil site design plans and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers
• Oversee construction activities and provide technical support
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–9 years of experience in civil site development
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations

Compensation

Competitive salary ($90–124k) with annual bonus program.
