Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with focus on complex commercial litigation or employment law preferred
• Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Desire to develop an active trial practice and manage a diverse caseload with substantial client interaction
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts
