Civil Drafter

About the role

This Civil Drafter role focuses on commercial site development projects, primarily in the metro area, using AutoCAD to produce and revise detailed drawings. You will work in the office full-time, translating blueprints and engineering drawings into accurate civil drafting documents, with a strong emphasis on redlining and updating plans rather than performing engineering design. The role is based in a small, tight-knit office located in Blaine, Minnesota, where you will work on-site 100% of the time. The team includes project managers, several civil engineers, and other drafters, fostering close collaboration and mentorship opportunities. The culture is laid-back and professional, with a casual dress code of jeans and polos.
