Civil CAD Technician - Survey

Job Details

We are seeking a Survey CAD Technician to support survey drafting, civil site documentation, construction layout, and field crew deliverables for commercial, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Survey CAD Technician, Civil CAD Technician, CADD Technician, Survey Drafter, or similar role
• Experience with surveying, civil engineering, land development, or construction layout preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, or related drafting software
• Able to work with survey data, field notes, point files, surfaces, plats, and as built information
• Understanding of topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, or site development plans preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Able to communicate clearly with field crews, project managers, engineers, and surveyors
• Experience with LiDAR data, point clouds, drone data, or machine control models is a plus
• Degree, certificate, or technical training in drafting, surveying, civil engineering technology, or related experience preferred
